St. George Catholic School is performing “Once Upon a Mattress (The Real Story of the Princess and the Pea)” on May 15th & May 16th. Tickets are $5 and performances are at 1pm & 6:30pm both days. Tickets available at the Main Office of St. George School or at the door.
Crystal Beach Highschool is hosting a Yoga class on May 16th at 7 pm. It’s in the gym of the school and only 5 dollar and benefits COPE Fort Erie.
Cavendish Manor is hosting a spaghetti dinner fundraiser May 16th at the Fallsview hose brigade from 4:30- 7pm. Tickets are $7.50 for adults and $5 for kids 5 and under.
Make-A-Difference committee at Ridgeway-Crystal Beach High School is sponsoring a YOGA class in the gym on May 16 th at 7pm. Bring your own mat and its $5 at the door. All proceeds will go to C.O.P.E. in Fort Erie.
4 business men from Port Colborne will camp out as part of “4 Buds in a Bunky” in the Port Cares parking lot, to raise money. The local group Force United Niagara is hosting a fundraising event called ‘FUNexpo 2012” in support of ‘Help a Child Smile”. It’s on May 26th at the Welland Main Arena from 10am-5:30pm. Hooked On Fishing, Not On Drugs’ is a non-profit organization that provides an alternative to drugs through the sport of fishing. It also teaches environmental conservation and brings families closer together. They’ll be having a free fishing event for everyone on May 27th from 9am-4pm at Windmill Point Park.
